Arongen Choir!!
They have been selected for WMHT's production of MUSIC FOR THE HOLIDAYS 2009! WMHT is proud to showcase the vocal talent of our region’s young people with this annual production!
Congratulations to the Acadia Ambassadors and the Acadia Jazz Band!
Both of these ensembles have been selected again to perform in the NYSSMA 2010 Music In Our Schools Month celebration at the Empire State Plaza in Albany. This is the second consecutive year these ensembles have been selected. Their performance is scheduled for 11:30 AM on Tuesday, March 30th!

On Tuesday March 9th, the Music Department proudly welcomed the YellowJackets from the University of Rochester and Eastman School of Music. The YellowJackets is an all male A Cappella group and features former Shen musician and football star, Nicholas Wiggins. The ensemble presented morning and afternoon concerts for our Middle and High School choral students. Their appearance is part of an East Coast tour, was made possible through the Shenendehowa Friends of Music and an Arts in Education grant.
